New York Law to Require E-Waste Recycling in 2012

eginning January 1, 2012 most New York facilities will be required to recycle their electronic waste under the NYS Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Law.The new law covers spent computers, televisions and small-scale servers as well as computer peripherals such as monitors, printers and scanners.
