Free Webinar: New OSHA Hazard Communication Standard
Tuesday, April 9, 2013

According to OSHA, the update to the HCS "provides a common and coherent approach to classifying chemicals and communicating hazard information on labels and safety data sheets." The update brings the HCS from a "right to know" into a "right to understand" paradigm and is estimated to affect 40 million US workers. The initial compliance deadline for training workers on the revised HCS rule is in December of 2013. Do you have all the knowledge you need about the new rule and its implementation?
